Potato in a Box (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website potatoinabox.co.uk.

Our products

• Potato in a Box is a novelty gift product.

• All potatoes are real and natural, so size and appearance may vary.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
  

Orders

• When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including availability or errors in pricing or product information.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot usually be changed or cancelled.
  

Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£).

• Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is taken at the time of ordering using secure third-party payment providers.

• We do not store your payment card details.
  

Delivery

• We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Orders received before 12 noon will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will normally be dispatched on the following dispatch day.

  FREE Standard Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days following dispatch. Next Day Delivery is available for an additional charge on qualifying orders placed before 12 noon.

  Next Day Delivery at weekends cannot always be guaranteed.

  Delivery times may be affected by circumstances within the postal or courier network. If an order is delayed or does not arrive, customers should contact us so that we can investigate.

  Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when ordering.

  Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
  

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of delivered items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve it.
