Delivery Information

When will my potato be sent? 🥔

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday.

Order before 12 noon and we'll normally send your potato the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will normally be sent the following dispatch day.

FREE Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is FREE.

Please allow 2–4 working days for your potato to arrive after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and, although most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can happen within the postal or courier network.

Next Day Delivery

Need your potato there a little quicker? Next Day Delivery is available for an additional charge.

To qualify for Next Day Delivery, please place your order before 12 noon.

Orders placed after 12 noon will normally be dispatched on the following dispatch day.

Weekend Deliveries

Please be aware that Next Day Delivery at weekends cannot always be guaranteed.

If your potato is for a birthday or another important occasion, we recommend ordering as early as possible to allow for any unexpected delays.

Late or Missing Deliveries

We do everything we can to prepare and dispatch your potato on time. However, occasionally deliveries may be delayed once they enter the postal or courier network.

If your potato hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate it for you.

If you have paid an additional charge for Next Day Delivery and your order has not arrived within the applicable delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can look into what has happened and put things right.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied to us.
